    This company has done an upgrade on customer service and are now not only offering a more natural way to deal with home pests but are also serving up some of the best service out there. Darren H. was one of two techs that came out, The initial supervisor and both techs gave thorough and efficient service to my entire home, then a very kind and patient Darren H. came back to do a very accommodating second follow up service to be sure of the treatment effectiveness. I also got a senior discount. Not saying it is, but even if the effectiveness of natural may be less deadly than toxic poison polluting treatments, I prefer not to put myself, pets, wild creatures and our water at risk. Therefore I couldn't be happier.

    I appreciate the quick response your company had to my initial inquiry. Your technicians have since taken care of our issue. Which we a glad about.
    I would have given 5 stars except for the fact that I don't like it when someone tells me one thing at the onset to sell me on the service and then when I repeatedly ask when it will be done you send the original man back out to claim he never said that and that "I " must have misunderstood him. Not a good practice of business. I'm just saying.
